1 cup cooked corn 3 potatoes boiled 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tbsp chat masala 1 onion 1/2 tbsp green chilli chopped 1 tsp pepper to taste salt 1/2 cup coriander leaves
COOKING DIRECTIONS
In a food processor grind cooked corn,potato,onion and coriander leaves and grind well. Transfer them in a bowl and add green chilies, crushed red pepper ,chat masala,bread crums and besan and salt. Mix them well with hands Keep batter in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Make kebabs with the batter. Cook in heated oil until it becomes golden brown color. Serve hot with chutney
