Teasty Onion Chutney
Onion Chutney
INGREDIENTS
1 cup onions, chopped
2 tbsps Bengal gram
7 Garlic cloves
to taste Salt
4 Curry leaves
5 Red chilies
1 tbsp Tamarind
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
COOKING DIRECTIONS
In a pan heat little oil and fry Bengal gram, chili, onions and garlic.
In a grinder grind everything together to form a paste
Serve with curry
