Teasty Onion Chutney

Onion Chutney




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsps Bengal gram
  • 7 Garlic cloves
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 Curry leaves
  • 5 Red chilies
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
 

COOKING DIRECTIONS

In a pan heat little oil and fry Bengal gram, chili, onions and garlic.

In a grinder grind everything together to form a paste
Serve with curry
