Mughal Chicken Roast




INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken-1 (with skin)
  • Wooster Sauce-4 tbsp
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
  • Lemon-2
  • Onion-1
  • Spring onion (leaves)-1
  • Ginger-1 medium piece
  • Garlic-3 clove
  • Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • White pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-As required

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of wooster sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon syrup, cinnamon powder, salt, black pepper, white pepper.

Now spread this mixture all over the chicken.

After that chop finely all vegetables of spring onion leaves, onion, ginger piece, garlic clove put it over the chicken.

Now take a brush and brush the oil on the chicken and fold it with a silver foil paper.

Then put the chicken into pre-heated oven of 180 degree and then heat the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes.

Then finally your Roasted Chicken is now ready.
